Håkon Anton Olavsen is a director, screenwriter and editor based in Oslo. He graduated as a director from The Norwegian Film School in 2022. Prior to that, he studied film at Nordland College of Art and Film, psychology at the University of Oslo and Method Acting at NSKI University College.

His short films have been screened at more than 100 film festivals worldwide, including Clermont-Ferrand, Tribeca, Short Shorts, PÖFF, Leuven, Oberhausen, Uppsala and Nordisk Panorama. In 2023, he won an Amanda for Best Norwegian Short Film with his graduation film from The Norwegian Film School, "Superdupermegagigasingle".​​​
